Toronto is home to millions of people from different nationalities, ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and lifestyles.
We get that.
We want to go beyond the melting pot of multiculturalism and just focus on the small handful of people that lead an alternative lifestyle. Whether it’s through their choice of consumer goods, politics, transportation or bars to hang out in – these people strive to remain independent of mainstream culture.
Our job is to show them how to continue doing just that.
We’re beyond modern. Heck, we’re beyond postmodern. But we’re covering them. We’re a magazine about the postmodern youth movement in Toronto’s urban center, with a focus on culture, politics, and art. We aim to extensively look into the alternative lifestyle increasingly led by many local Toronto residents and to provide them with updates and commentary on what’s going on now and what’s on the horizon in indie-land.
